The art of Bio is the trademark of the new biological pasta line that is being proposed by the "Pastificio Castiglioni" to the customers, who are becoming more and more aware of the quality of their nutrition and of their life.
A new product that with regards to the traditional pasta is characterized by several new aspects:
-the security by purchasing a product made with hard wheat that has been grown according to the regulations of biological agriculture, that is, without the use of chemical fertilizers, of pesticides and within the period and modalities of spontaneous growth.
-The wheat has been carefully milled and elaborated by our Italian pasta "makers" with care and experience and has also been inspected and certified by our governing body very strictly. - The experience of "Pastificio Castiglioni" in selecting the best biological bran and in utilizing traditional and qualified desiccation techniques in order to achieve the best quality when cooked.
- The good quality of pasta type that keeps the original flavour of hard wheat, that shows an excellent consistency when cooked and that with its rough surface, obtained with a bronze wiredrawing, absorbs the sauces in an ideal way.
- The wide range of choice of four traditional shapes of "pasta asciutta" (medium spaghetti, striped tubular pasta, macaroni, spiral shaped pasta) and one shape for soup (filini) in order to change one's way of eating in a healthy way.
- The visibility of the entire product in a simple but elegant confection, a warranty of product quality. -
The practicality of a compact confection, with a square bottom, against overturning in your pantry and that can easily re resealed by means of the sticky flap. All this is part of the "Art of Bio", the art of eating with gusto and products of secure quality.
